[TRANSCRIPTION]
The Lobo Unit, USAFFE Guerrilla was originally considered by the United States army as part of the Pandita Area, DI Combat, Free Luzon Area, 6th Military District guerrilla outfit under the command of one Danny Flores. The mother organization was not favorably considered for recognition by the United States Army. In this page is a transcription1 of a memorandum issued to all officers of the Lobo Unit calling for a general assembly to relay instructions and guidance from one Colonel Daniel Barrion, apparently a guerrilla leader as well.

They are going to Manila from Mindoro and had contacted Major Ruffy and lucky enough that they dropped [in] at our headquarters as they have known from Sgt. Don Carlo who accompanied the said COLONEL BARRION to our Hq.
He gave us instructions and guidance for the betterment of our outfit and, upon showing their identifications, we gave the salute and prepared food for the whole party.
Upon seeing our roster, he told us to assign more officers on intelligence, revealing to us that in his Division, he has more than a hundred men assigned to intelligence for they are the ears and eyes of the outfit according to COLONEL DANIEL BARRION of the Barrion’s Division.
The party proceeded to Batangas by boat, hence, we gave the food supplies and furnished them transportation from Lobo to Batangas and Manila.
