Request for Recognition of Gagalac Guerrilla Casualties and Casualty Rosters
The Gagalac Guerrilla Group was one of the groups operating in Batangas that was given official recognition by the United States Army after World War II. In this July 1947 document1, Gagalac Guerrilla Unit Executive Officer Lazaro Malabanan submits to the Commanding General of the Philippin-Ryukyus Command casualty rosters for his guerrilla unit as well as their official recognition by the United States Army.

The undersigned, formerly Executive Officer of the Gagalac Guerrilla Unit, hereby requests that the attached casualty rosters of the Gagalac Guerrilla Unit be recognized.
All personnel carried on the attached casualty rosters had been inducted into the Gagalac Guerrilla Unit and were in line of duty status at the time they entered the casualty status.
I hereby state under my official oath that the list is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and is based on the most reliable information.
