PART II
Got underway from San Pedro Bay, Leyte at 1720, January, 1945, and formed a column, LCI(L) 978 being lead ship. At 1905 convoy had formed and we were in our proper position proceeding on various courses and various speeds to Nasugbu, Luzon. At 0815 January 31, 1945 received signal one three answering form and took proper position. In this formation, we hit the beach at 0835. Troops were disembarked without incident. At 0850, retracted ramps, pulled off beach and returned to transport area. At 1345 return convoy formed, course was set and we returned to anchorage at Mindoro Island.

No ordnance material used and no ammunition expended.
PART IV
No damage resulted to ship and no shots were fired by enemy.
PART V
No special comments.
PART VI
All officers and enlisted men performed in an exemplary manner. There were no casualties.
