It has a total land area of 5,070 hectares and a 2020 population of 69,009 as per the Philippine Census. The town has 29 barangays and is part of the Province of Batangas’ 2nd legislative district.
San Pascual is home to many industrial and commercial establishments and as such is classified as a 1st income class municipality. The town can be reached by road from Manila via the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road through Batangas City.
